HIGHLIGHTS: Arsenal Resumes Premier League Trashing Opponents on Boxing Day

Three second-half goals were enough to ensure Arsenal returned to Premier League action in winning fashion.

The Premier League table topper resumed back to league on boxing day with a tremendous 3:1 victory against West Ham United. All magic goals happened in the second half of the game

Just after a six-week break due to the just concluded World Cup tournament, Arsenal FC came back with a bang, despite falling behind to Said Benrahma’s first-half penalty in the 27" minutes.
Although Arsenal missed some opportunities in the first half plus a canceled goal due to the off sided position of Nketiah who made a nice pass to Saka to get a goal.

But on a comeback after the interval Bukayo Saka restored parity bringing the game to a 1:1 draw at the 53" of the game.

5 minutes later at the 58" minutes of the game Gabriel Martinelli squeezed home his shot at the near post putting the Gunners ahead of West Ham with a 2:1 lead.

The finisher, Eddie Nketiah netted a superb third goal to seal the win, and extended Arsenal FC lead at the top of the table with a 40 point leading Newcastle United by 7 points
